The Shofuen is a park with a beautiful Japanese garden, in which a tea house is located. This former property of a city notable has been renovated and is now accessible to the public since 2007. The beautiful tea house has been preserved in its original state and hosts, of course, tea ceremonies. The calm surrounding this place promises an extremely pleasant and relaxing visit, far from the hubbub of the city centre. The garden really invites contemplation and relaxation. It feels really good.
