This museum, close to the center of Arita (on top of a hill), is an excellent introduction to porcelain production in the region, with beautiful old and contemporary collections. The history of Kyushu ceramics and the characteristics of each era are displayed in the museum in great detail. Several exhibition rooms are available to visitors, some of which house permanent exhibitions.
