This history museum dedicated to the city and the Matsura family contains a copy of the famous Southern Barbarians screen, as well as more than 12,500 cultural objects, such as samurai armor, paintings, tea ceremony utensils, pottery... You can put on samurai armor for a souvenir photo. You will find in the shop handicrafts from the city, but also from Portugal, a country in relation with Hirado since the 16th century.
