This museum is both a place of remembrance and an educational space on volcanoes and geological mechanisms. Reproductions of the disaster are staged and you can even experience the 1991 disaster in a large room with a 180° screen. A complete map of the Geopark is proposed to you to discover emblematic places of the area like the Heisei Shinzan, the mountain which emerged from the earth during this eruption.
