Opened in 2001, over the years it has become one of Cardiff's finest restaurants, with the distinctive feature that it is located in... an old underground vault! Delectable, free and daring cuisine. Enjoy basil gnocchi with red bell pepper purée, chicken supreme with gratin à la dauphinoise, half potato, half celery, and finish off with cardamom panna cotta. A wide range of gins: around thirty to choose from!
