Opened in the summer of 2016, Steinbeck & Shaw is one of the newest in the Welsh capital. A "hype" place, blurring the lines between bar and club. The decoration plays on "underground" codes, all in graffiti. In addition to cocktails and homemade beers, it also serves hamburgers, hot dogs or pizzas deliciously cooked (the kitchen is open from 4pm to 10pm, and from 12pm on Saturdays and Sundays). As for drinks, the cocktails are original and very good, especially the Fruity Mare with its raspberry baccardi, cranberry juice and lemonade.
