The former cellars have been transformed into a spa. And to complete the picture, the restaurant is one of the region's most renowned. The menu features top-quality local produce (almost all the meat and poultry come from their family farm) for stylish, efficient dishes. The sunday lunch is a must.

My husband and i spent a night in this magnificent hotel. The staff is very nice, the library, the dining room, the rooms are very pleasant. There was a good choice for breakfast and dinner. Food is exceptional. There was an excellent selection of wines and liquors. It is very well situated for walking along the river and the canal de Brecon. We recommend.
