A small wonder in the picturesque hamlet of Cross Ash, the 1861 Restaurant has been talked about by the Welsh gastronomic elite. The idea was born from Chief Simon and his wife, very experienced and in search of fabulous local products. All in an old restored house, with period beams and fireplaces. Children can have the same menu as parents in half-portion at half price. It is also an opportunity for them to discover the quality of the chef's cuisine. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choice on request.
