The station overlooks the lawn of the park in the city centre, a few metres from the tourist office. Betws-Y-Coed is located on the Conwy Valley Line, which runs from Llandudno Junction to Blaenau Ffestiniog. To reach the island of Anglesey or all the cities on the north coast, change to Llandudno Junction.

C'est une petite gare toute mignonne avec ces dragons sur le toit et les petites galeries d'art, salons de thé et boutiques souvenirs qui y sont accollés. De l'autre côté des rails il y a d'anciens wagons de marchandises qui ont étaient transformés en sandwicherie et également la possibilité pour les enfants de faire un tour dans un petit train à vapeur.
