Drovers Rest is the best restaurant in Llanwrtyd and has a great reputation in the region. The chef, who now oversees the City's Food Festival, has received many distinctions for his subtle cuisine. On the menu: Goat cheese grilled on a salad bed, lawyer and salmon smoked with orange washers, fresh cross-plaice stuffed with shrimps and spinach cooked in white wine and butter sauce, vegetarian galette… Framework is welcome. The hotel also offers comfortable rooms.
