August 30, direction Llanwrtyd Wells, in the centre of the country, north of the Brecon Beacons. This is where "bog snorkelling" was invented! To win this new and highly publicized race, participants, equipped with snorkels, must swim in a mud bath.

It was so successful that a variant was created: it is by pedalling that one crosses the mud bath in mid-July. For young and old alike, everyone has a lot of fun here!
