It is an excellent café, not expensive at all, located in a wooden house in the center of Rostov with a very very kitsch decor. It is ideal for a quick lunch, with a very complete menu of Eastern specialties, especially Russian and Ukrainian cuisine. The food is really good (we recommend the homemade pelmenis ) and the staff is very attentive to its customers, especially if they do not speak Russian and need help to choose their dishes
The place doubles as a tea room that we also recommend.
