Located near Lake Nero, this elegant mansion with yellow painted walls was once owned by the powerful Selivanov merchant dynasty. It is now a friendly family hotel with 25 rooms, which are a little old-fashioned and small for modern tastes. Nevertheless, we enjoy the beautiful common areas decorated with frescoes and moldings. There is also a restaurant "le Paris", a café "Comm'il faut" and a sauna and swimming pool available for a small additional fee.
