Located not in the centre but slightly on the north-east side, it has black domes and bears the same name as the village (Borissoglebski). Built between 1522 and 1524, it is stocky and austere and richly decorated inside with frescoes from the end of the 19th century. It houses the relics of Theodore and Paul as well as those of Saint Irinarkh. Behind the cathedral, at the level of a recent wooden calvary, a beautiful beechwood alley leads to a small chapel, a reconstruction of the cell of Saint Irinarkh.
