Still a place for backpakers and small budgets, Arta is a small and comfortable hostel rather well located within walking distance of most of the city's monuments. There are dormitories or small rooms, clean but very old. The lack of alternatives in the city for this kind of service does not encourage renovation, but the kindness of the staff and the strict cleanliness of the premises more than makes up for it. The hotel offers free wifi and a complimentary breakfast, but you have to get up quite early.
