ULEY
It is the restaurant of the Pushkarskaya Slobodase hotel and its menu is very particular, not very common in Russia. It specializes in traditional Russian dishes from before the Revolution: rare dishes, often very rich and with particular tastes. For example, you can discover wild boar bacon with black salt, or elk meatballs. To navigate through these difficult choices, you can count on the staff who speak very good English (the menu is also translated). Everything is very good, the setting is pleasant, especially the terrace in summer.
