Forest atmosphere in this chic restaurant whose name means "imperial hunting". The cuisine is nevertheless very refined and original, and the decoration of the dishes is very neat. The menu is very long: a good choice of meat and fish, and specialities from the Far North are on the menu. It is the best restaurant in the city, so it is best to book before going there! The only drawback is that it is quite off-centre: you will have to take a trolley during the day or a taxi in the evening.
