Restaurant run by wealthy locals. The decoration is kitsch but the services are globally at the rendezvous. Great choice of wines. Very "new Russian". Clearly a place to visit if you want to discover another dimension of the local Russian culture! Surprising decor, clientele and menu. You will discover Russian specialties and a more European cuisine. The prices are also surprising! But all in all the places are worth a visit, if not to explore Murmansk and Lapland from a whole new angle.
