CAFE KHITTA
Just next to the station, the exterior of this small unpretentious café on the ground floor of a decati Soviet building does not look like much. It's a still well-kept secret from Murmansk. Once you walk through the door, you feel like you are in a hunting cabin, a real one: the walls are made of panelling, the furniture is made of raw wood, the tables are covered with old tablecloths and there are hunting trophies hanging everywhere. For almost nothing, you can eat copiously very good local and Russian dishes, served with a good beer. Just like at home!
