This hotel in the historic centre of Samara is named after Count Orlov, who was a favourite of Empress Catherine (and yet has nothing to do with the city). But the impression of discreet and warm luxury does indeed emerge: the premises are modern, the design is pleasant, the bedding demanding and the armchairs comfortable. The hotel has a fitness room, a conference room, a sauna and a restaurant. Ask for a room on the upper floors, which have a superb view of the Volga!
