It is a three star hotel with human dimensions, extremely well placed in the city center. The rooms are simple, impeccably kept and comfortable if not very spacious. But, between the diligent and multilingual service, the decor that is not outdated or too busy, the immaculate cleanliness of the place and the reasonable rates, the hotel really gives off good vibes and is a good plan for a stopover in the charming and provincial Kostroma. Access to the spa complex with a traditional banya, hammam and swimming pool is available at an additional cost.
