Located near Kourortnyi Park, the Grand Hotel is a luxury hotel with a slightly kitschy decoration, especially in the most luxurious rooms. This is typical of the delightful perched atmosphere that reigns in the KMV spas. The rooms on the third floor should be chosen because of the view and the panoramic glass roof. The standard rooms, on the other hand, have tiny bathrooms. The hotel also has a conference room for about 50 people, a bar, a restaurant, a massage room and, as a water city, a swimming pool.
