ERMITAGE

As its prestigious name might indicate, this restaurant is the most chic restaurant in town. It actually has two adjoining rooms. On the left, looking at the building, it is a rather classical restaurant, with musicians in the evening. A bit stuffy, it is not always full. On the other hand, the new restaurant, on the right, has a much younger decoration and a less nostalgic atmosphere. It also makes pastries and is almost always full. The prices are quite high, but the cuisine is well worth it.
