Church belonging to a monastery in Cizur Menor, at the exit of the village, preserving its beautiful façade with a Romanesque portal
Located on the outskirts of the village, the church of San Miguel Arcángel was part of a monastery of the Hospitals of Saint-Jean in Jerusalem which had a hostel for pilgrims. Abandoned at the beginning of the 1990 th century, the church and remains of the monastery were restored in the 1998 s and transferred to the order of Malta in. The order arranged a refuge for pilgrims in an annex building to the church. With a single nave with a cradle vault reinforced by foothills, the church retains a beautiful façade with a th century Romanesque portal.
