Just a stone's throw from the Plaza de la Constitución, this tapas bar shows a good dose of innovation in its tapas. Led by four young Basques trained in the kitchens of the region's starred restaurants, Kapadokia has made its mark on the pintxo scene in the Parte Viejo since it opened in 2020. On the slate: vegetable ravioli with leek cream, low-temperature egg and mushroom parmentier, and beautiful octopus or fried squid raciones to share. Only a few tables on site: remember to reserve!
