The chef Ismael has a particularity: he cooks only with coal, no other cooking is used, and this for the happiness of your taste buds! His love for his region, his determination to find the best products and to sublimate them are felt in the plate. For his first restaurant, as a former cabinetmaker, the chef Ismael designed the room and conceived several of his furniture. A gastronomic cuisine with a pronounced identity, in a refined room or on the large terrace.

Tres platos. Alcachofas con almejas. Maltratadas estás. Sabor a harina. Txangurro a la Donostiarra. El centro de este plato es el sabor a mar, no a tomate y cebolla. Y el centro de la comida, txuleton, hemos dejado la mitad. Y hemos estado toda la tarde con sed. La carne era excelente pero envuelta en mucha sal.De un txuleton de 1400 gramos hemos pedido por lo menos 500 gramos para llevar. Veremos en casa como sacarle algo de beneficio.
Y todo por 83€ por persona.
