Tras pagar 650€ por tres noches nos dieron una habitación en semisótano, con apenas luz. Conseguimos cambiarla por una habitación en la primera planta que al menos tenía luz natural. Las habitaciones no tienen armarios.
El aire acondicionado suena durante toda la noche cada 2-3 minutos y nos impidió dormir, un ruido imposible para descansar y totalmente inaceptable pagando ese dinero por noche. Intentaron arreglarlo al día siguiente y fue peor, dejaron un tubo de plástico hacia la ducha con agua goteando en la habitación. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba encharcada y la única manera de dejar que goteara era desconectando el aire otra vez, no bastaba con apagarlo . Tenía que venir un técnico a la 1.00 de la mañana. No descansamos 2/3 noches que estuvimos alojados y no se nos ofreció ningún tipo de reembolso por las molestias ocasionadas.
Para nada recomendable.
Muy muy mal trato. Pagas muchísimo y si hay cualquier problema se nota la falta de profesionalidad del equipo.
