Charming guesthouse with good value for money with bright and decorated rooms with terrace and beautiful ocean view

A charming guesthouse located in the Parte Vieja opposite the pleasant Paseo Nuevo promenade, halfway between the beaches of La Zurriola and La Concha (about 10 minutes walk). It offers bright rooms with private bathroom and small terrace or balcony. They are decorated in light tones with parquet flooring; as an added bonus, all double rooms have beautiful ocean views. A low-cost breakfast can be served in the morning in your room. Excellent location and good value for money!

Czyste miejsce, wygodne łóżko, piekny widok z balkonu. Niewielkie mieszkanie ale posiada wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy.

Over expensive. It's not a hotel, it's an apartment room in an old, ugly building which smells bad. Only the view is nice. Better choose other hotels.

De prime abord cette pension semble avoir des prix un peu élevés mais elle est parfaitement située au plus près de la vieille ville et du mont Urgull, avec chambres vue sur mer dont l'orientation exempte du bruit de la ville les (nombreux) soirs de fiestas. Les chambres sont assez petites mais très fonctionnelles et confortables et l'accueil est parfait, pour avoir toutes les infos dont vous pourrez avoir besoin.
