Perched on a hill overlooking the ocean, Pedro Subijana's ultra-chic hotel was designed by the Mecanismo architectural firm around the famous eponymous restaurant. His concept? Five grey stone cubes with minimalist lines, housing some twenty luxurious rooms that blend in perfectly with Igueldo's surroundings. Inside, clear wood and glass create infinitely restful spaces. The hotel also has a renowned spa. A unique place, reserved for a privileged few, for an unforgettable gastronomic stay.

Un lieu exceptionnel, qui donne une sensation de vivre un moment privilégié. Les plats sont bons, avec tout de même des écarts entre certains plats excellents, et d'autres plus banals. Mention spéciale pour les desserts, tous très élégants et très bons !
