Comfortable and welcoming guesthouse with stairs, in the heart of Parte Vieja, offering double and triple rooms

Nice colourful pension with balconies full of flowers, located in the heart of the Parte Vieja, next to the Santa Maria Basilica. The guesthouse, welcoming and comfortable, offers double and triple rooms with shared or private bathroom (but outside the room!). You can take advantage of the kitchen to prepare a small dish or to get to know the many travellers who stop at this pension and contribute to its unbeatable atmosphere. Note that there is no elevator, and that the access staircase is quite steep!

El trato ha sido perfecto, está en una localización espléndida, nos ha explicado perfectamente donde ir, que visitar, donde comer… Lo recomiendo 100%, volvería sin duda. La habitación cumple con las necesidades y el baño también, hacen la habitación cada día y te proporcionan toallas.

Nous avons passé une semaine, pension très agréable chambres très propres, gérant super sympa.
Très bien placé, le plus une cuisine à disposition avec de quoi faire petit déjeuner et un gâteau délicieux.
Un frigo aussi . Rien à redire , on y reviendra

E' sempre un grande piacere tornare a s.Sebastian in questa accogliente pensione cosí comoda e centrale. Sono anni che la conosco, e torno sempre volentieri. Siamo venuti per alcuni giorni durante il festival jazz, e siamo stati benissimo, la consiglio vivamente!

Une auberge simple et comfortable. La chambre avec les toilettes privées où nous sommes restés a ce qu'il faut de nécessaire et nous avons bien pu dormir. Elle est aussi très bien emplacée. Cependant, la ville bien que charmante est très touristique. Si l'on s'y rendait de nouveau, on choisirait bien cette pension.
