PARQUE CRISTINA ENEA
One of the largest urban parks in Spain located next to the Tabakalera cultural center, built by the Duke of Mandas in Donostia
Located right next to the Tabakalera cultural centre, it is one of the largest urban parks in Spain with its 95 hectares designed by the landscape architect Pierre Ducasse, author of the gardens of the Miramar Palace among others. This romantic park, populated by swans and peacocks, was built by the Duke of Mandas for his wife Cristina at the end of the 19th century. Its former residence, in the heart of the park, is now the headquarters of the Cristina Enea Foundation, which manages various environmental projects and regularly hosts exhibitions.
