The txakoli of Zarautz, which covers some 100 hectares, is protected under the registered designation of origin "Txakoli de Getaria". Here, 90% of the production corresponds to the autochthonous white wine grape variety Hondarribi Zuri. Bixente Eizaguirre produces the famous sparkling white wine in this 12-hectare vineyard nestling on the slopes of Mount Talaimendi. Guided tours allow you to discover the pressing room, watch the bottling process, understand the characteristics of the txakoli... before moving on to the tasting stage!
