Large protected natural area, a meeting point between the city and nature in Zarautz

The Vista Alegre Park is the meeting point between the city and nature. This vast protected natural space is discovered thanks to a network of paths, orientation courses and playgrounds equipped with zip lines. In addition to its varied vegetation, which includes exotic species, the park also preserves a fabulous viewpoint called "Torreón". Built in 1913, this neo-classical building was one of the first reinforced concrete constructions in the region. From the second floor, the view of Zarautz is splendid.
