A small, very design hotel, inaugurated in 2018 in the heart of the historic centre of Tolosa. Housed in a hundred-year-old building, where the courthouse once stood, the hotel has a charming decor combining stone and light wood. Its rooms, about twenty in all, are decorated with paintings and illustrations by local artists, on sale on the hotel's website! Its restaurant serves a good breakfast and a wide variety of dishes: tapas, arroces (rice), burgers, tostas, sandwiches and seasonal dishes.
