Center dedicated to the observation and protection of birds in the Urdaibai Reserve
Inaugurated in 2012, this center is dedicated to the observation and protection of birds in the Urdaibai reserve. Guided tours will take you to the Euskalmet weather station and scientific information areas. The center also has several watchtowers from which you can observe the birds of the reserve: grey herons, cormorants, ospreys and lapwings stop here every year to hibernate in its marshes. Note that there is also a hotel part to stay on the spot, in the heart of nature.
