This restaurant was born as a multidisciplinary space to explore the link between gastronomy, art and design. Inspired by the culture and aesthetics of the Scandinavian countries, the premises are based on light wood and a minimalist spirit. Kokken, whose name means "cuisine" in Norwegian, is above all a gourmet experience through five, seven or nine course menus. Dishes that appear simple yet are very elaborate, both in terms of raw materials (from local production) and preparation techniques.
