In one of the liveliest corners of Indautxu, an unpretentious bar that never fails to fill up at aperitif time. And with good reason: its chick yellow counter is loaded with delicious, simple and tasty pintxos, served with a smile by the friendly bar staff. Most pintxos are topped with a fried quail egg, which is the origin of the name of the establishment (literally, "the fried egg"). On the slate, also good skewers garnished with octopus and shrimp, vegetables and honey sauce... Unavoidable stop of the buddy!
