The restaurant occupies former 19th-century salt warehouses. Renovated in a contemporary spirit while respecting the original structure, the place is absolutely superb with its stone walls and clandestine aura. In terms of cuisine, Aitor Elizegi's wandering menu offers a culinary journey through vegetarian recipes, Basque specialties and flavors from around the world: marinated salmon nigiri, braised scallops, cauliflower tatin au gratin?
