In this unpretentious bar, we taste the best sandwiches in Bilbao, the triángulos! Homemade bread cut in the shape of a triangle, a bit of lettuce, York ham and homemade mayonnaise: at first glance, nothing extraordinary. The secret lies in the red sauce, whose recipe has remained a mystery since 1950! Don't expect anything sophisticated: it's simple but furiously good, even more so if you accompany it with a little caña (draft beer). The place, although renovated, has kept its popular atmosphere.
