FARKETA 56
Hunting products, beans with chorizo or beef tails in a restaurant in Bilbao.
Traditional cuisine in a rather rustic setting, with white tablecloths and exposed beams. Since 1982, this restaurant has been serving Basque specialities, with a predilection for good hunting products (partridges, quails, pheasants, etc.) accompanied by exquisite wine, dried fruit or prune sauces. As a starter, don't miss the beans (habitas) with chorizo, a typical inland dish. As a main course, oxtail confit in red wine and chuletón (prime rib) are also a sure thing!
