Splendid rooms in a hotel near the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.

Just a 5-minute walk from the Guggenheim, this hotel offers around 20 rooms decorated in the style of the time and decorated with large panoramic photos representing the major sites and monuments of Bizkaia. The rooms are spacious and bright, decorated in fairly sober tones with a touch of acidity. Practical, the many services available in the hotel (free deposit, laundry, cot for children up to 3 years old). We appreciate the kindness of the staff and the attentive welcome, a real "plus" in this type of establishment.

No me hospedé en este lugar... pero jamás lo haría. Soy una viajera que adora cualquier lugar del mundo, y siempre digo con orgullo que España se caracteriza por el trato al turista. Hoy nos quedamos 4 adultos y una pequeña en un apartamento Justo debajo de este. Por equivocación entramos a este y nuestra sorpresa fue que nos trató muy muy mal. Nos dice que es privado, que a mucha gente le pasa lo mismo, y nos obliga gritándonos a que nos vayamos. Nos OBLIGA nuevamente a meternos en el ascensor, donde ya había 6 personas y nos hace introducirnos con una pequeña 4 personas más. Me parece intolerable, pues se puede decir lo mismo de forma adecuada y siempre desde la empatía. Allá por donde vaya aconsejaré que ahí jamás se hospeden, pues primero somos personas y hoy ha vulnerado ese derecho.

Molt amables i col.laboradors. Les habitacions són espaioses i netes. L'establiment té una molt bona ubicació propera a Gran Via i l'estació de Tren i Metro. Preu raonable. Gràcies

Hotel con excelente ubicación, cerca del centro. Muy buen atendimiento por parte del recepcionista. La habitación es confortable. Repetiría su visita sin dudar. Buena relación calidad precio.
