Cheap, chic hotel close to the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.

It's all in the name: the posh is banking on a chic and urban decoration that will seduce all audiences. Yet this hostel located 300 meters from the Guggenheim is in principle aimed at small budgets by offering beds in dormitories (some reserved for girls), but also rooms for 1 to 4 people. While the white decoration in the rooms is fairly minimalist, the common areas offer a real lesson in style. Practical: the kitchen is available 24 hours a day and the Txío bar, where you can enjoy a beer and some pintxos in a beautiful setting!

Average. Good location and nice staff, but room was very average - shower head was broken in the private room making it impossible to shower. I had to go use one of the dorm room showers. Someone had just noticed it was broken when cleaning and left it there dangling. It sprayed water all over the bathroom before I realised it was irreparably broken. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

For 50 euros per night, you have to make your own beds. And it was called a Deluxe Shared Room (whatever that means). Renting a towel is 5 euros and buying a lock is 6! What prices are those??? Location is quite near to Gughenheim and the bar/restaurant they had as a part of the same building is alright. Other than that, absolutely overpriced

Aie… derrière l’apparence d’un hostel branché (look de l’accueil et des parties communes…) l’hôtel est en fait impersonnel et pas du tout accueillant :
. Volonté afficher de ne pas parler anglais et de ne s’adresser aux guests qu’ en espagnol
. Rodomontade et grimace dès que l’on demande la commande la Clim absente dans la chambre…
Dans le hall machine à check in en panne, idem distributeur de café, cuisine commune sentant la poubelle…
Et pour notre chambre (170 euros par nuit pour 3 - ce n’est pas de l’auberge de jeunesse !!!) :
- Lampe de lit et prises usb défaillantes
- Aucun menage pendant les 4 jours 3 nuits du séjour
- fenêtre de s’ouvrant que tres partiellement par le haut…
Bref, à part l’emplacement…, mieux vaut passer son chemin.

Hostel correcto rn el centro de bilbao, al lado del museo y la ría y a tan solo 15 mins andando del casco antiguo. El personal muy atento y las habitaciones limpias, aunque el aire acondicionado está centralizado y no se puede apagar, por lo que tuvimos que ponerle una toalla por la noche. Recomendable!
