Rooms with private bathrooms in a superb guesthouse in the heart of Casco Viejo.

In the heart of the Casco Viejo, a charming guesthouse with a warm welcome, offering 12 carefully decorated rooms with small private bathrooms. Cream, pink, lilac, sky blue... each room has a different colour and offers a comfortable and well-equipped setting (wifi, heating), as well as a small pleasant balcony overlooking the street. At breakfast, we appreciate the different varieties of milk and freshly squeezed orange juice! Very good location to visit the city and enjoy the animation of old Bilbao.

Le personnels est désagréable
Le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur. J'ai été choqué par le comportement irrespectueux de la gérante en vers les touristes. Elle m'harcèle tous les jours par des messages sur WhatsApp, plusieurs fois par jour, pour me faire des remarques sur l'arrangement de la cuisine,la poubelle,des papiers toilette. Bref, j'ai été choqué par la bassesse du personnel. La gérante veut que je fasse son travail. En trois jours, elle n'a changé les serviettes qu'une seule fois. Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel.

Me encanto. Habitación superlimpia, cuarto de baño muy bien con todo lo necesario, secador grande , gel baño, champu, maquinilla de afeitar y su gel. Cama comoda y almohada bien. Nos toco habitacion para un patio y aunque fue la Copa del Rey el ruido de fuera era imperceptible. Estatodo nuevo. No puedo opinar del dezayuno por que no lo hicimos.

Hotel muy bien situado, tienen convenio con parking cercano.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas y tienen paredes de papel, se escuchan todos los ruidos del pasillo, otras habitaciones…
La limpieza a mi parecer es justa, siendo conscientes que es un hotel de 2 estrellas. Tras comentarlo se dirigieron de malas formas argumentando falta de criterio e imponiendo el no no poder opinar.

Overall great place.
Easy and quick to get from airport with bus/metro. Located in the old part of city with plenty of great food around. Room number 19/4th floor - spacy, comfortable bed and extra clean bathroom.
Very reasonable price. Proactive and interactive service.
All in all 100% reccomend and be back!
