Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Radisson Bilbao. I was impressed with the amazing smell as soon as we stepped into the lobby. They were able to check us in earlier than expected, which was really appreciated, Irene at check in was friendly and efficient. Room 305 was nice and specious, and enjoyed the fact we had both shower and bath. We had breakfast every day, and Maria, who served us every day, really provided exceptional customer service, she was really friendly and professional, a special thank you to her

We really envoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and caring. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It's also really well located. The rooftop is definitely a plus! I can only recommend.
