Personal con recursos muy limitados a la hora de somucionar minucias, como la falta de hielo para la sauna, la nevera del spa no funcionaba,... muy amables con las disculpas, pero sin resolución. El masaje, sin duda, de lo mejor de Bilbao. Una pena que el spa sea tan mediocre. Los combinados de la terraza muy caros y de calidad nada acorde con el nivel del local. Que no sepan hacer un negroni sbagliato decente en un 5 estrellas....

Roof terrace chula para Tomar algo y estas en el centro de Bilbao. Muy agradable. Tomamos gintonics. Recomendable. Había sitios para sentarse.
