Mucho polvo y el las instalaciones bastantes viejas para ser un hotel se 4 estrellas.
Los empleados bastante antipaticos, con excepción de algunos.
La preparación de la comida deja mucho que desear.
En esta ocasión ha sido una estancia por ocio, pero también he estado por trabajo, y siempre ha sido impecable . Muy recomendable para estancias en Bilbao. Enhorabuena a la dirección por el equipo.
