El hotel está muy bien ubicado, conectado y equipado con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. A la hora del descanso las habitaciones son silenciosas y la cama es cómoda, un detalle que suma son los dispensers de agua caliente y fría en los pasillos. Recomendable para quieren deseen visitar Bilbao

Todo genial, buena ubicación, buen precio, las imagenes coincidian con la estancia, la verdad que estoy contento con la estancia, en resumen todo genial.

Solo que como punto negativo, la primera noche se mancharon las sábanas, el caso, que fuimos a recepcion a pedir si podrian hacer un canvio de sábanas y solo le dieron la vuelta a las sábanas.

No passa nada, pero sólo por si algun dia viene otro cliente que si que le importa.

En general mi conclusion, es que todo fue genial, repetiré

Very well located, friendly staff, great breakfast, a very good room (we had a superior room and it was very spacious). And all this for a rather moderate price - what more to wish for!
