La atención de la chica de recepción y la ubicación son excepcionales. No obstante, la cama y las almohadas son incómodas y las paredes son de papel: literalmente escuchamos toser a la habitación contigua, y una de las noches pusieron música.

l had room 803, massive room, massive enclosed balcony, great views of nearly the whole of Bilbao, comfortable double bed, very close to the "old city", and including lock up parking for under 60€, there is absolutely nothing bad to say, Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

El lugar es ruidoso, las habitaciones son calurosos, las camas con colchones que caen en la zona incomoda del espectro, lo único bueno el chaval de la recepción que intentó ayudar al cambiarme de habitación.
Los cabeceros de la cama a medio camino entre la pared y la cama es la cosa más extraña que he visto en un hotel jamás, pareciera que querían poner cabeceros pero se les acabó el presupuesto y solo colocaron medio cabecero, con lo cual ni colocas la cabeza y solo se sirve para sentir una suerte de barra en la parte alta de la cama, muy raro la verdad.
