Built by the Argentinian architect César Pelli, this tower is 165 metres high. It is the highest skyscraper in the Basque Country, with 41 floors and a heliport at the top. A symbol of innovation and urban transformation, the tower was built with an environmentally sustainable approach and uses renewable energy. In the main hall of the building are exhibited the works of several Basque artists, including a fresco by the painter Jesús Mari Lazkano depicting the landscapes of the Urdaibai Nature Reserve.
