Here, fish and seafood are in the spotlight: hake or salmon fillets, cod in sauce, prawns a la plancha... And for carnivores, the inevitable braised rib of beef, tender to perfection. The restaurant also has the added advantage of being a little far from the tourist centre, which gives it a certain authenticity (the decoration of the service room, although a little old-fashioned, adds to this feeling of being in a canteen that has been passed down through the generations). Un des meilleurs restos à Vitoria-Gasteiz. J'y suis allé une fois. Je me suis bien régalé. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.
